Job Description:

For Global CDS travel Back Office we are currently looking for the position of:

Manager DCI Maintenance

in this position you are responsible for the administration of the Amadeus Agency Manager (AGM) system. This involves daily operational system management, 3rd level support and participating in Global CDS Travel Back Office related projects.

Responsibilities

  • AGM system production monitoring and control

  • Local requirements gathering (systematically) for AGM compliance with BCD needs.

  • Advocacy of AGM setup for in scope countries within the DCI Admin team

  • Daily AGM related jobssuch assystem monitoring, output production & control

  • Setup of AGM according to local specifications following EMEA Blueprint specifications

  • Systematically gathers and discusses local requirements within DCI Admin Team, in order to reach the most optimal Blueprint solution

  • Test and implement new releases of AGM incl. creation of documentation and sending communication to Service Desk and relevant local country parties

  • Provide 3rd level support via support tool (SDP) compliant with the SLA for 3rd level.

  • Train the 2nd level support team (CSM-ATSA) in new AGM functionalities in case written communications is not sufficient

  • Create and follow-up in Incident Reports (IRs) for AGM. This includes testing and implementation of changes resulting from resolution

  • Prepare and evaluate BCD Software Order Requirements (SOR) for Amadeus and gives timely feedback on Amadeus Product Specifications (PSP)

Qualifications & Skills

  • Fluent in English and at least one other major language

  • 3-4 years of relevant IT and business travel experience.

  • Good knowledge of Amadeus products (AGM) and MS Office applications

  • Proven leadership skills that allow to successfully coach teams and monitor progress through feedback sessions

  • Deep analytical skills

  • Innovation / Problem Solving: anticipating and identifying situations and problems in advance, exercising imagination in producing alternative problem resolution / workarounds

  • Good communication skills (verbal and written)

  • Productivity, High expectations for self, pushing to prioritize and accomplish tasks that meet job standards while working with speed and accuracy

  • Project Management, Applies knowledge, skills and techniques to a wide range of activities in order to meet the requirements of a particular project

  • BA/BS in Business, Finance or IT is preferred

  • Work experience in managing and supporting Travel Back Office solutions (AGM) is preferred

This position can be based in any of our European offices.
